This is a series of TV advertisements that were done for IPKO to advertise the next step in telecommunication technology which is 3G. The idea was to make not one, but a number of short and cute advertisements that show the main benefit of having 3G, which is the speed of data transfer.
This one is a bit more conceptual, however, it still pertains to speed. Because although not everyone knows, when you are reaching close to the speed of light, gravity is irrelevant. Hence this TV Ad.
